OSLO- Two new Radisson SAS hotels opened in Norway, Ulsteinvik and Beitostlen, bringing the total number of Radisson SAS hotels in Norway to 18 representing nearly 5,000 rooms. The Radisson SAS Hotel in Ulsteinvik is a four-star property located in a region known for its international shipbuilding and marine equipment industry. The hotel has 92 rooms of which 25 are completely new, while the remaining guestrooms are fully renovated. The Radisson SAS Resort in Beitostlen is the companys first mountain resort in Scandinavia. The former Beito Hyfjellshotell has gone through a complete renovation, upgrading its140 guestrooms, various restaurants and lounges. (11/2/00)
