ARLINGTON, VA— On Feb. 5, Sunburst Hospitality will open its new Arlington Residence Court extended-stay hotel, which will be a part of the Clarion Collection. The 187-room hotel is the product of a $16-million conversion and renovation of a former hotel. The renovation focused on upgrading the guestrooms and public space. Work was carried out by Donohoe Construction. Each guestroom will feature soft color tones, a granite-finished bathroom, hand-chosen artwork, a triple-sheeted bed, a full kitchen and a work area with free high-speed Internet access and wireless DSL Internet connections. The hotel will also offer a business center, a fitness facility and in-room Botanica spa products.
