FARGO, ND—TMI Hospitality has opened the newly constructed Residence Inn by Marriott in Fargo, ND.
The 92-room property features restaurants, shops, recreational options and health care facilities. Each suite is suitable for extended-stay guests and caters to business travelers and small families in regards to comfort. They come in studio, one- or two-bedroom setups and offer a sitting area, business desk and ergonomic chair, high-speed Internet and a kitchen.
Additional amenities include a complimentary breakfast buffet, evening socials with a light meal and beverages Monday through Thursday, and an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool, as well as an exercise facility, outdoor patio with a fire pit and grill and meeting rooms.
The hotel also has a business center, on-site laundry and dry cleaning service, daily housekeeping and complimentary grocery shopping services. The site features 460 sq. ft. of meeting space that can accommodate up to 38 people.
