Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants, INK Entertainment Join Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto

TORONTO—Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants (O&B) and INK Entertainment have formed a collaborative venture to manage the food services and entertainment operations for the Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto.

“Talon International Inc., as developer of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto is pleased with aligning itself with these respected and successful companies,” stated Neil Labatte, president and CEO of Talon International Development and Talon Luxury Collection. “Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants and INK Entertainment bring robust experience in restaurant and entertainment management and strengthen our property’s comprehensive offerings.”

Details announced include: O&B and INK Entertainment to share management of all food services for the Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto including the restaurant, bar and lounge, event spaces and in-room dining; No changes to food service operations are planned at this time and service will continue uninterrupted.

“We are thrilled to bring the hospitality of Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants to the residents and guests of Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto,” stated Andrew Oliver, president of Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants. “Our aim is to have our passion for food and service complement Trump Toronto’s renowned standards of luxury.”
