MIAMI—Nobu Hospitality LLC and Eden Roc LLLP have announced plans for the Nobu Hotel within the Eden Roc Miami Beach located here.

The strategy with the Nobu Hotel at Eden Roc is centered upon underscoring and showcasing the Eden Roc name with the Nobu Hotel as an additional offering within the Eden Roc property.

The Nobu Restaurant at the Eden Roc and other core food and beverage facilities are in the process of being planned and shall involve all stakeholders. David Rockwell of the Rockwell Group has been selected as the designer.

“We look forward to the new partnership and enhancing the experience for our loyal guests who are looking for authentic, unique and truly distinctive hospitality experiences,” stated Jamie Sabatier, president and COO of Destination Hotels & Resorts.

“The Eden Roc is an extremely special property from its history, design and the Eden Roc name itself.  We will be working carefully with the current ownership and in collaboration with Destination Hotels and Resorts and associates in embracing and reinforcing the Eden Roc name and property,” said Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality.

He added, “Each of our shareholders Chef Nobu, Robert DeNiro and Meir Teper have very fond personal memories of the property, and we are all passionately driven to see the Eden Roc name and legacy return to its former glory embracing with genuine respect and care, the style and integrity of the original Eden Roc crafted by Morris Lapidus.”
