INDIANAPOLIS—The new Candlewood Suites Indianapolis-City Centre is set to open here this month. The hotel will be owned by Riverpointe North Partners, LLC and operated by Dora Brothers Hospitality. Located at 1152 N. White River Parkway, the hotel will contain 142 rooms and feature high-speed Internet access, free on-site guest laundry, a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor pool, tennis courts and free shuttle service to downtown Indianapolis. Riverpointe North invested $11.5 million in the renovation of the asset in order to turn it into an all-suite property.
