Georgia Quality Inn Sells For $4.3 Million

ST. SIMONS, GA— For $4.3 million, Sea Palms Inn, Inc. has purchased the Quality Inn Island House of St. Simons Island here from St. Simons Inn, LP. The Mumford Co. brokered the transaction. Sea Palms Inn, Inc. will now significantly renovate the property and will operate it as an extension of its resort operations.
