LAS VEGAS—My Place Hotels of America is set to open new-build, four-story, 63-unit hotel here. Located on Craig Rd. Exit on I-15 in North Las Vegas, it is close to the Las Vegas strip, Nellis Air Force Base, and Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
NLV Partners LLC independently owns My Place Hotel-North Las Vegas. The project is expected to break ground in April and slated to open in the fall.
“Already being an owner and operator of a My Place Hotel in Missoula, we recognized a need for our type of product in the North Las Vegas area,” said Randal Bender, VP of NLV Partners LLC. “We feel that we can serve the local air force base, as well as the trucking, medical, and construction workers with a great room at a great rate in the area!”
The new-build taking root in the diverse market of North Las Vegas is a pivotal part of the brand’s aggressive campaign for U.S. expansion, according to Terry Kline, EVP of franchise development, My Place Hotels of America.
“The North Las Vegas market has emerged as a center of tremendous activity with a multitude of diverse demand,” Kline said. “My Place Hotels, with its flexible lodging options for both short and longer term stays, will be sure to a unique concept designed for nightly and extended stays is key to My Place’s swift expansion satisfy the many marketplace needs of our future guests.”
Each extended-stay guestroom will feature a My Kitchen, complete with a two-burner cooktop, a microwave and a full refrigerator. The property is pet-friendly and will also include on-site laundry facilities, complimentary internet service, and a 24-hour My Store. A Breakfast in Bed option is available for a minimal cost.
