IBIZA, SPAIN—Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), is set to open on June 30. Located on the shores of Talamanca Bay, the luxury resort will have 152 Ibizan style rooms and suites, two private seafront pools, restaurants, spa, boutique, adult and family experiences.
Using a color palette inspired by the island—white, gold and blue—the rooms are decorated with soft furnishings, natural wood, and artisan ceramics. Details like mother-of-pearl inlay and hand-blown pendant lights lend a lavish yet comfortable feel to the rooms, according to the brand. Other in-room features include floor-to-ceiling windows, open terraces, and Natura Bisse amenities.
F&B options include three restaurants and a pool bar. Nobu Matsuhisa will serve signature Japanese fusion dishes, as well as creations inspired by the locale at Nobu, the resort’s signature restaurant. Chambao, in collaboration with El Chiringuito de Es Cavallet, is Ibiza Bay’s laidback bar.
