SANTA MONICA, CA—The Courtyard by Marriott Santa Monica has opened here. This 136-room hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, managed by Interstate Hotels and Resorts of Arlington, VA.
Located in the heart of downtown, the property is close to Santa Monica Pier and Beach, Third St. Promenade and Santa Monica Place. Featuring the brand’s new contemporary design, all guestrooms have high ceilings and beach-themed decor, art selections, wallpaper design, and wood-plank floors.
Amenities include complimentary WiFi access throughout, an outdoor pool, second-story pool and deck, spa, fitness center, bike rentals and guest laundry. There are also two meeting rooms with 1,376 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space.
