SHENANDOAH, TX—MCR Development LLC has completed a renovation of the 124-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott Houston The Woodlands.
The hotel’s guest suites were modernized with calming wall tones, new carpeting and window treatments and updated with all new sleeper sofas and light fixtures, according to the company. The freshly updated lobby features new modernized furniture and contemporary artwork and the carpeting in the breakfast/dining area has been replaced with fresh tile. In addition, the fitness center received new flooring and all new exercise equipment.
TownePlace Suites by Marriott Houston The Woodlands is located in close proximity to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion and Market Street the Woodlands Mall and five miles from Panther Trail Golf Course, which was recently ranked one of the Top Five golf courses in the Houston area.
