PASADENA, CA— Langham Hotels International has purchased the Ritz-Carlton Huntington Hotel & Spa here. The hotel, Langhams first property in the western U.S., will be rebranded The Langham, Huntington Hotel & Spa, Pasadena in January 2008. Located nine miles from downtown Los Angeles, the hotel celebrated its 100th anniversary earlier this year. Langham Hotels International will invest $25 million to upgrade the property. The 380-room hotel includes 30,000 square feet of meeting space, a spa and four F&B outlets.
