Noble Investment Group Acquires Richardson Hotel

ATLANTA— Noble Investment Group has acquired the Richardson Hotel in Dallas from Lowe Enterprises. The company will invest $6.4 million to upgrade the 342-room hotel and convert it to the Hyatt Regency brand. Following the conversion, the hotel will be renamed the Hyatt Regency North Dallas. The 17-story property includes 13,000 square feet of meeting space and guestrooms with custom furniture and oversized work areas. Enhancements to the hotel are scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2008.
