IRVING, TX—La Quinta Inns & Suites opened seven new La Quinta Inn & Suites hotels totaling more than 600 rooms during the third quarter.

With the addition of the new hotels, La Quinta achieved the milestone of opening its 500th franchise property. La Quinta opened six new hotels, five in the U.S. in O’Fallon, IL; Paducah, KY; Billings, MT; Glendive, MT; Denison, TX; and Lynchburg, VA, as well as in Monterrey Norte in Mexico.

“We welcome our newest La Quinta Inn & Suites hotels. Increased travel to these regions has created a demand for high-quality, affordable hotels especially for business travelers,” remarked Rajiv Trivedi, chief development officer at La Quinta. “With more than 850 locations, La Quinta delivers an outstanding product and guest experience. These new openings demonstrate the continued growth of the La Quinta brand through its strong franchise program.”
