Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels Names Hollander SVP

NEW YORK— Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has named Rick Hollander senior vice president. with responsibility for all debt and joint-venture equity originations for clients in the Americas. He will report to Art Adler, managing director/CEO-Americas for Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels and Bart Steinfeld, managing director/ Jones Lang LaSalles Investment Banking Group. Hollander has 14 years’ of debt, equity, acquisition finance, loan sale advisory and investment sales experience involving in excess of $12.1 billion of completed transactions. He joins Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels from The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group, LLC, where he served as managing director. Prior to that, he was a vice president at Lehman Brothers and GE Capital for 10 years.
