BETHESDA, MD— La Salle Hotel Properties acquired the Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter for $85 million. The 282-room hotel will continue to be operated pusuant to a Hilton franchise agreement and will be managed by Davidson Hotel Company. The upscale, full-service hotel is located in the Gaslamp historic district, across from the San Diego Convention Center.
