NATIONAL REPORT—It’s the same digs, but a new look for a few U.S. properties with renovations in progress or recently completed. Here are three of them:
Dream Hollywood’s Suite Offering
Dream Hollywood has debuted a new suite, the Guest House, an 1,800-sq.-ft., glass-walled urban retreat inspired by the clean simplicity of mid-century architecture.
Upon entering the suite through an oversized pivoting wood feature door, vistas can be viewed through floor-to-ceiling windows. A dining area accompanies a living room that also serves as a screening room, with additional entertaining space on a private terrace. The master bedroom features a blue velvet platform bed.
Allenberry Resort’s Recent Revamp
Situated along the Appalachian Trail in Central Pennsylvania, in the village of Boiling Springs, the Allenberry Resort has officially re-opened its doors following a complete one-year renovation.
With an extensive lineage originating back to the family home of James Crockett, uncle of American folk legend Davy Crockett, Allenberry has been in business since the 1790s. Today, the 75-room resort has been renovated while maintaining its history and charm.
The property comprises 20 lodges and cottages dotted across 57 acres, with all interior and outdoor spaces revamped to offer contemporary amenities.
Full House Resorts Plans Expansion
Full House Resorts revealed plans to build a 150-guestroom, four-star hotel in Cripple Creek, CO, adjoining the company’s existing Bronco Billy’s Casino and Hotel.
In addition to the new luxury hotel, the expansion is expected to include a spa, parking garage, convention and entertainment space, and a high-end restaurant. The company has acquired land and options on land surrounding Bronco Billy’s, forming an approximately six-acre site.
The assembled land package includes the former Imperial Casino, which Full House intends to reopen; the historic Imperial Hotel, which offers 12 refurbished guestrooms and would be part of the complex; and approximately four acres of vacant or underutilized land.
