LOS ANGELES—Anchoring the extensive revitalization of Los Angeles’ Hollywood neighborhood, Dream Hollywood has opened here. Dream Hotels’ marquee location aims to create a social hub for visitors and Angelenos alike.
“Dream Hollywood is truly unlike anything this city has ever seen, setting a new standard for hospitality and becoming a hotbed for creativity, culture and entertainment,” said Jay Stein, CEO, Dream Hotel Group.
Located on the corner of Selma Ave. and N. Cahuenga Blvd. in Hollywood, Dream Hollywood’s interiors are designed by architecture firm Rockwell Group and pay homage to the city’s mid-century modern architecture, balanced by garden-inspired elements, plush upholstery, and more. The building’s distinctive facade is designed by LA-based Killefer Flammang Architects.
There are 178 guestrooms and suites, including an 1,800-sq.-ft. Guest House suite with private screening room and 360-degree views, an indoor-outdoor double-height lobby with retractable Nana Walls; 11,000-sq.-ft. rooftop pool, restaurant and lounge with views of the Hollywood Hills and Los Angeles Skyline; 1,000-sq.-ft. gym and wellness program designed by celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson; and an activated pedestrian alleyway that serves as a public gathering space linking the hotel to its adjacent dining and nightlife offerings.
Operated by TAO Group, the F&B venues are experiential like the rooftop concept The Highlight Room, Beauty & Essex, TAO Asian Bistro and Avenue—all designed by Rockwell Group—as well as Luchini Pizzeria and Bar, designed by studio collective.
Set to open in the fall, there will be 3,000 sq. ft. of dedicated meeting space for a range of events.
Furthering Dream Hotels’ ethos of immersive hotel experiences, Dream Hollywood will regularly partner with brands like its exclusive collaboration with The Lincoln Motor Company. Not only do Dream Hollywood guests get access to the all-new Lincoln Continental Black Label, Lincoln MKZ Black Label and Lincoln Navigator, they also get perks such as welcome amenities and special co-hosted events.
