PHOENIX—The 431-room Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel & Trade Center in Marlborough, MA, has selected MSI CloudPM for their cloud-based property management system.

“MSI Cloud PM offers the highest and best value to our hotel. We felt that it was important to choose a system that was based on a true cloud platform making our hotel poised to meet our needs now and in the future,” said Rick Skinner, general manager, Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel & Trade Center.

MSI CEO and President Rick Munson added, “Along with MSI CloudPM the BW Royal Plaza will also utilize MSI CloudPay, MSI Cloud services and Best Western’s new Bestrev revenue management system to replace their existing MSI NovaPlus Property Management System.”
