RANDOLPH, NJ— Steven Belmonte, former president of Ramada Inns and now president/CEO of Hospitality Solutions LLC here, has been selected to speak at this years annual meeting of the Best Value Inn Hotel Group, slated to convene Dec. 8 – 10 in Las Vegas, NV. Billed as one of the leading advocates for fair relationships between hotel owners/operators and the properties/brands they manage, Belmonte— who also is a principal with Belmonte/Lasky Asset Management— is scheduled to deliver the keynote address to members of what has become one of the fastest-growing chains in the hotel industry. It was pointed out that, in a little more than four years, Best Value has grown to be a national chain encompassing nearly 300 properties and 17,000 guestrooms.
