COLUMBUS, OH— RockBridge Capital LLC was presented with Nationwide Life Insurance Co.’s “Special Product Servicing” award at the recently concluded Mortgage Bankers Conference in New Orleans, LA. It was reported RockBridge garnered the award as a result of its servicing efforts vis-à-vis Nationwide’s hotel portfolio. These servicing efforts were said to include RockBridge’s pro-active stance with the portfolio, its function as an integral resource on loan modifications, the firm’s monthly review of hotel financial statements (on a rolling 12 months basis), and the capital provider’s close work with borrowers on under-performing properties.
