Third Suburban Extended Stay Hotel Opens In Houston

HOUSTON, TX— Atlanta, GA-based Suburban Franchise Systems (SFS), owner and franchisor of Suburban Extended Stay Hotels, now lists a third Suburban Extended Stay Hotel in this city— a 131-unit property in the Clear Lake area owned and developed by Bill Friedrich of Friedrich Investments. Located off I-45 on Dixie Highway, the new three-story, exterior-corridor extended-stay property features an array of room types, including king, queen and double full. Each guestroom also includes a complete kitchen equipped with sink, microwave, refrigerator, cook-top stove, coffeemaker, dishes and cookware. It was similarly pointed out many rooms include high-speed Internet access and a work desk. Other on-site amenities include a fitness center and a swimming pool. Surrounded by an office park, the new Suburban facility is to be managed by Columbia Management Co. of Atlanta.
