WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WI— WR Hotel Properties, Ltd. has purchased the 157-key Hotel Mead & Conference Center here from NewPage Wisconsin System Inc. Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels’ select-service division negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller. The interior corridor property is the only full-service upscale hotel in the area and contains 51 suites, 14,000 square feet of conference space, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a sauna, a hot tub, a tavern and two restaurants.
