ARLINGTON, TX—Waramaug LS Hotels, LLC, has acquired the 108-room all-suite Comfort Suites here.
The deal continues the company’s strategy to deploy $150 million over the next 12 months in the acquisition of select service hotels. The hotel, which will be managed by Interstate Hotels & Resorts, is located two miles from the Six Flags Over Texas theme park.
