Set to open in August, the 41-room, pet-friendly property is located at 4135 Troy Hwy., in Montgomery, AL, and features free continental breakfast, seasonal outdoor pool and business services.

Vimana Franchise Systems, LLC, is the franchisor of Key West Inns, Hotels & Resorts and Centerstone Inns, Hotels & Plaza Hotels. The family of brands offers low franchise fees, short-term agreements, a reservation system powered by Sabre, revenue management and preferred OTA agreements, according to the company.
