BAKERSFIELD, CA—Value Place signed a license agreement to build a 124-unit, four-story hotel here.

Bhattal Enterprises has entered into an agreement with Value Place to construct the second Value Place location in California. The hotel is expected to break ground in early 2015.

This new property in California is just one of several new projects and multi-property development agreements recently announced by the company. “Value Place has been working hard to develop our brand in the Western United States, where we see great customer and developer demand for our product,” said Bruce Haase, CEO of Value Place.

Currently, Value Place has nearly 200 hotels open in 32 states.
