VA Ramada Sold; To Be Reflagged Days Inn

BLACKSBURG, VA— MH Development of Virginia, LLC has purchased the Ramada Limited in Blacksburg, VA, from AAA Finances, Inc. for $2.5 million. The Mumford Co. put together the disposition. MH Development now plans on converting the hotel, following extensive renovations, into a Days Inn. Guests, Inc. has been appointed as the hotel’s operator.
