AUSTIN, TX— Omni Hotels has acquired the 375-room Omni Austin, which has been managed by Omni since 1992, for an undisclosed amount. The hotel is part of the Austin Centre complex, which was sold this spring by Crescent Real Estate to Walton Street Capital, LLC. Omni has purchased the hotel component from Walton Street.
