Tyco Fire Alarm Systems To Go Into Major Hilton Properties

BOCA RATON, FL— SimplexGrinnell, a business unit of Tyco Fire & Security has been selected by Hilton Hotels Corporation to provide fire alarm systems to five premier Hilton Hotels, including the Waldorf=Astoria in New York City. The multi-million dollar contract calls for SimplexGrinnell to design and install Simplex(R) 4100U fire detection and alarm systems in the Waldorf=Astoria, the Hilton Washington in Washington, D.C., the Hilton Back Bay in Boston, and two Hilton hotels in Northern Virginia.
