BOWLING GREEN, KY— Equity Inns entered an agreement in which in will acquire a 93-room Courtyard by Marriott in Bowling Green, KY. The purchase price is $6.9 million. The deal is expecTed to close by mid-year as Equity Inns completes due diligence. The property serves the industrial, heathcare, and business hub of Kentucky; the area is also home to the states second largest public university. LinGate Hospitality will manage the property.
