Two Moxy Hotels to Launch in Japan

BETHESDA, MD—Moxy Hotels has plans to roll out new properties in Japan. Moxy Tokyo Kinshicho and Moxy Osaka Honmachi are both set to open later this year.

Moxy Tokyo Kinshicho, described by the brand as a “modern hotel with an industrial chic design,” will open in Kinshicho in Tokyo. Owned by Goldman Sachs and managed by Tokyo-based commercial real estate developer Pacifica Capital K.K., the hotel is a conversion from a standalone office building, and will have 205 bedrooms.

Owned by Goldman Sachs and managed by EGW Asset Management Inc., Moxy Osaka Honmachi has 155 rooms.
