Two Kimpton Hotels Receiving New Management Systems

LAKE FOREST, CA— Kimpton Hotels’ Onyx Hotel and 70 Park Ave. Hotel will now operate with the help of Hotel Information System’s Epitome enterprise and property management systems. The programs are designed to allow Kimpton to increase efficiency, guest loyalty and yields at the properties. The systems have already been installed at the Onyx Hotel in Boston. Installation is scheduled to be completed soon at 70 Park Ave. in New York.
