NEWNAN, GA—The 89-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Newnan, GA, is scheduled to open next week. Located at 4001 McIntosh Pkwy, the TownePlace Suites Newnan will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Paramount Newnan, LLC and managed by Paramount Hospitality Management of Atlanta.
Adjacent to Ashley Park Shopping Complex, a half-mile from Cancer Treatment Centers of America and three miles from historic downtown Newnan, the hotel offers guests convenient access to Franklin D. Roosevelt National Park, Roosevelt’s Little White House at Warm Springs, Historic Banning Mills Screaming Eagle Zip Line and Callaway Gardens.
