ESTERO FL—TownePlace Suites Fort Myers Estero, located at 23161 Via Coconut Point, is set to open here today. It will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Estero Hotel Associates LLC and managed by Rockgate Management Company LLC of Overland Park, KS. On average, a TownePlace Suites opens every six days, according to the brand.
Accommodations include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, as well as separate living, working and sleeping areas. The suites have full kitchens with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, adjustable work spaces with built-in shelves and lighting, a large flat screen television, as well as luxury bedding. Most rooms also feature the Home Office Suite, designed with ample space and flexibility in mind.
