ATLANTA— Orix Capital Markets, LLC has sold two North Carolina Hampton Inn properties with the assistance of Atlanta-based Thompson Calhoun Fair, LLC. The hotels are located in Matthews and Concord and were sold for undisclosed prices. SNS Brothers, LLC acquired the 92-unit Matthews property, and Gateway Hospitality bought the 102-room Concord hotel. Orix took on the ownership of both hotels in June 2004 after they were foreclosed upon.
