NORTHGLENN, CO— John Q. Hammons Hotels, Inc. has sold the Holiday Inn Denver Northglenn here to Gholamreza Rahmani-Azar. The property will be managed by Colorado Hospitality, Inc. Located at 10 East 120th Ave., the six-story property opened in December 1980. The hotel features 235 guestrooms, 14,000 square feet of meeting space, two restaurants with a clubhouse for sporting events and recreational facilities, as well as a pool and gift shop.
