ROCKVILLE, MD—The Waters, located within the Arkansas Hot Springs National Park, is among the latest hotel properties to join the Ascend Hotel Collection by Choice Hotels International Inc. The 62-room boutique hotel is in the Hot Springs Central Ave. Historic District.

Inside the hotel, design touches highlight the local history. Three-story tall Corinthian terracotta columns usher guests into the 1913 marble lobby. The hotel’s restaurant, The Avenue, is led by Chef Casey Copeland and offers Southern artisan cuisine and wide variety of small plates and shareables.
Other amenities include free WiFi, valet parking, and dry cleaning services. The on-site Blushed Beauty Boutique provides make-up services and beauty products. A spa is available at the hotel’s sister property, Quapaw Baths and Spa, located across the street.
