VAIL, CO—The Sebastian Vail—A Timbers Resort is undergoing a renovation, which is expected to be completed on Dec. 13. The redesign will include all guestrooms, a new category of executive suites and in-room amenities.
The reno will include a new configuration of 84 guestrooms and the addition of 16 executive one-bedroom suites, eight of which may be configured into two-bedroom suites. These suites will offer separate parlor rooms with private bathrooms and a pull-out sofa.
Interiors were conceptualized and designed by the Timbers Resorts Design & Interiors team led by Sandy Burden in collaboration with Wilson Associates of Dallas, TX. The updated room design will draw on inspiration from the hotel’s contemporary art-filled public spaces, according to the hotel. The rooms will feature an in-room exclusive series of prints designed by abstract Mexican artist Manuel Felguérez Barra.
