Tennessean Hotel to Open in Knoxville, TN

KNOXVILLE, TN—The Tennessean Hotel is expected to open here in April as part of the Gemstone Collection brand of Benchmark Hospitality. 

Benchmark will operate the property, which has 82 guestrooms and 12 luxury residences. Guestrooms and suites will include the following services: turndown service, robe and slippers, in-room safe, workstation desk and Illy coffeemakers.

Available on the property’s top two floors, the luxury residences range from approximately 1,880 sq. ft. to 2,380 sq. ft. Each residence has floor-to-floor ceiling operable windows, a gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances, a gas cooktop, a fireplace and spa-inspired bathrooms. Amenities for residence guests include a fitness center; access to The Drawing Room, the hotel’s lounge and bar; gated garage parking; dedicated private storage; valet parking; and room service.

Located adjacent to the hotel, The Park Pavilion has 16,000 sq. ft. of indoor venue space with an option for outdoor space. Within the hotel is the boardroom, which features butler service.
