Summit Acquires Two Properties

SIOUX FALLS, SD—Summit Hotel Properties, Inc. has entered into agreements to acquire a 150-room Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Atlanta and a 96-room Residence Inn by Marriott in Kansas City, MO.

Summit has also entered into an agreemnt to sell its 52-room AmericInn Hotel & Suites in Missoula, MT for $2 million. The company’s portfolio currently consists of 70 hotels in 19 states.
