Hyatt House Nashville at Vanderbilt Opens
Hyatt House Nashville at Vanderbilt has opened its doors.
The residential-style hotel, developed by Atlanta-based Songy Highroads LLC (SHR), in partnership with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is situated in midtown within walking distance to Vanderbilt University, Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital and TriStar Centennial Medical Center.
Designed by Wakefield Beasley & Associates and built by Reeves Young, the 15-story hotel has 201 guestrooms, including 49 suites with fully equipped kitchens for extended stays. Guests have access to an outdoor pool, 24-hour gym, around-the-clock market, garage parking and 2,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space. The pet-friendly hotel serves complimentary breakfast, and its H BAR has drinks, snacks and an outdoor fire pit area.
SHR began construction on the Hyatt House Nashville at Vanderbilt in June 2017. The new hotel marks the developer’s entry into the market.
SureStay Hotel by Best Western Clermont Theme Park West Opens in Florida
The SureStay Hotel by Best Western Clermont Theme Park West has opened its doors in Florida.
The hotel has 47 guestrooms and one suite, complete with flat-screen televisions, microwaves and mini fridges. It also has an outdoor pool, complimentary breakfast and free wireless internet—providing guests with the superior comfort and utmost value they want out of their stay.
The property is just seven miles from the entrance of Walt Disney’s World Magic Kingdom, and just a short drive to SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios. Also in close proximity are two popular outlet shopping malls: Vineland Outlet Mall and International Premium Outlets.
Country Inn & Suites Opens in Texas
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lubbock Southwest, TX opened recently.
The newly constructed hotel is located close to Texas Tech University. It has 88 guestrooms and suites. Guests have access to an on-site fitness center, 24-hour business center, indoor pool and hot tub, complimentary parking and free WiFi. The hotel also has more than 1,000 sq. ft. of meeting space.
Refreshed Radisson Debuts in Texas
The Radisson Hotel McAllen Airport recently opened after a multimillion-dollar renovation. The hotel has 150 guestrooms, as well as three meeting rooms that can be kept separate for smaller meetings or combined to form a larger space for up to 300 guests.
The hotel’s newly renovated on-site restaurant and lounge, Radisson Bar & Grill, serves complimentary breakfast every morning, as well as international dishes and speciality cocktails for lunch and dinner.
