CHARLESTON, SC Lanneau Siegling, general manager of the Embassy Suites Hotel Historic Charleston is the new South Carolina Hotelier of the Year. The state s Hospitality Association bestowed the honor on the 30-year industry veteran during the Spirit of Hospitality 2000 awards program held in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The award recognizes a hotel owner or manager who displays exemplary employee relations, customer and community service, and dedication to advancing the lodging industry in South Carolina. (9/19/00)
