HERSHEY, PA— The Wyndham Harrisburg has reopened here in Hershey, PA, as the 348-room Sheraton Harrisburg following a conversion. An $11-million renovation will also now take place at the hotel that will bring it to Sheraton standards. The renovation project will upgrade the lobby and guestrooms. Upon completion of the project, the lobby will offer a comfortable gathering area and the guestrooms will offer high-speed Internet access, Herman Miller Aeron ergonomic chairs and Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Beds. The hotel also contains 15,000 sf of meeting space, including a 7,600-sf ballroom with an adjacent outdoor terrace; a casual dining restaurant and pub; a fitness center; an indoor and outdoor pool; a whirlpool; and a sauna.
