Sahora Named GM At New San Juan Inter-Continental

SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO Peter Sahora has been appointed general manager of the Inter-Continental San Juan Resort & Casino (formerly the San Juan Grand Beach Hotel & Casino).

Sahora began his career in Vienna with the Hotel Sacher and, in 1972, joined Bass Hotels and Resorts. Building tenure with the company in such major markets as Munich, Frankfurt, London and San Francisco, Sahora has held several senior management positions with the company over the years, including general manager of both the Crowne Plaza Seattle and the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Ravinia. In 1998, he opened the Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel in Palo Alto, CA. He has more than 25 years of international hospitality management experience.  (8/25/00)
