DALLAS – Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Alex Chen as executive chef at Rosewood’s resort at Caneel Bay and regional executive chef of Rosewood Caribbean Resorts. In his new position, Chen will oversee the property’s four restaurants.
