SPOKANE, WA—RLH Corporation has agreed to open a new franchised Red Lion Hotel in Arlington, VA and Americas Best Value Inns in Charlotte, NC and Odessa, TX.
The Red Lion Hotel Arlington Rosslyn/Iwo Jima will have 141 guestrooms, an indoor heated pool, exercise facility, on-site restaurant and business center. The property is projected to open during the fourth quarter of this year.
In Charlotte, NC, the Americas Best Value Inn will have 116 guestrooms, free continental breakfast, an outdoor pool and meeting rooms. The property is projected to open next month. Slated for Odessa, TX, the Americas Best Value Inn will have 60 guestrooms, free breakfast and WiFi, and a hot tub. The property is projected to open next month.
