REDDING, CA—RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) has signed a franchise license agreement for a hotel here. Following an extensive renovation, the hotel is expected to convert to Red Lion Inn & Suites Redding this summer.
The property is owned by Tera Sahara, Inc., which also owns three full-service RLHC properties including the Red Lion Hotel Pendleton in Oregon; the Red Lion Hotel Kelso/Longview in Washington; and the Red Lion Hotel Yakima in Washington.

The future Red Lion Inn & Suites Redding has an outdoor pool and will offer complimentary breakfast. Nearby attractions include Lake Shasta, Lassen Volcanic Park and Shasta Cavern.
