RLHC Opens Second Property in Redding, CA

SPOKANE, WA—The Red Lion Inn & Suites Redding in Northern California has completed its conversion to the brand after an extensive renovation, according to RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation). The property is owned by Tera Sahara, Inc., and its principal, Mike Bath, also owns three full-service RLHC properties, including the Red Lion Hotel Pendleton, OR; the Red Lion Hotel Kelso/Longview, WA; and the Red Lion Hotel Yakima, WA.

The Red Lion Inn & Suites Redding, at 536 E Cypress Ave., has 70 rooms and is located between Downtown Redding and the airport on Interstate 5. The hotel has an outdoor pool, fitness center, 24-hour business center and complimentary WiFi.
