EAST LANSING, MI—The 96-suite Residence Inn by Marriott at 2841 Hannah Blvd. here is scheduled to open in September and will feature the brand’s new design.
The hotel will feature a piece of art on permanent display by local artist Tiffany Klein of La Fille Gallery in Lansing, MI. The piece will pay tribute to the heritage of the State of Michigan and is titled “Michigan Moment.”
The all-suite property will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Hannah Hospitality, LLC and managed by North Mich Hospitality Management. The hotel is close to downtown and nine miles from Capital Region International Airport, as well as accessible to Michigan State University, the Wharton Center for Performing Arts and the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum.

The property features studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with flexible spaces and upgraded amenities. In addition, there’s a larger workspace, complimentary high-speed Internet access, and many power outlets.
Additional amenities include grocery delivery service, complimentary WiFi, 24-hour onsite food and beverage market, dry cleaning services and onsite guest laundry room.
