AUGUSTA, GA—The 124-suite Residence Inn by Marriott located at 1116 Marks Church Rd. is set to open Aug. 31, and will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by PeachState Hospitality of Warner Robins, GA.
The all-suite hotel provides studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, offering flexible spaces and upgraded amenities. Rooms feature large workspaces, complimentary high-speed Internet access and accessible outlets.
Contemporary decor, featuring natural light and new colors, are part of the refreshed design. For long-term stays, each suite also has a fully equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances. Sectional sofas and bathrooms with extra storage space round out the offerings.
Situated in East Augusta directly off I-520, the property is accessible to Augusta National Golf Club, Augusta Riverwalk and the Augusta Museum of History.
